Project Duration:
9 months

Construction of four new Cancer Cells Research Labs which included 4 new labs with Waldner new Fume Hoods. Performed demolition work with asbestos to new lighting and flooring.

Challenges:
Decommissioning of fume hoods throughout multiple phases of construction. Work was carried out after hours to install temporary exhaust to fume hoods of other phases that were required to remain in operation. The temporary work took place in both our site space and in occupied spaces that needed to remain in use.
