Capo Di Monte Condominiums consists of 98 high-end suites on floors 1-6, varying in size from 700 sf. to 3,500 sf. The building has split levels at grade with the Main Entrance and Porte Couchere on the west side at the Ground Level. The east side of the building, Level P1, has a Grand Foyer, Amenity Spaces, Exercise Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Formal and Informal Spaces, Tenant Storage Lockers and Vehicle Parking. Level P1 also provides access to the Patio, Bocce Court and nature, complete with a stream. Level P2 has Tenant Storage Lockers and Vehicular Parking. All materials and construction methodology was completed to ensure a LEED ‘certified’ rating.

The building structure is comprised of cast-in-place concrete structural elements and a sandblasted precast façade. All suites have either balconies, terraces or patios accessed either by sliding or swing doors.  Two elevators provide access from Level P2 to the 6th Floor.

The Main Entrance interior area is appointed with granite and marble. All corridors have carpet flooring. Each suite has wood flooring with granite or marble flooring in the kitchens and washrooms. Washrooms have glass shower enclosures, Spa-type bathtubs, toilets and are ‘roughed-in’ for bidets.

The north portion of the exterior has surface Visitor Parking. The property, in general, has beautiful landscaping, decorative fencing, lush grass that blends in with the area’s surrounding nature.
