Project Management

The most important aspect of a project such as this is the complete exchange of information by all members of the Owner/Design-Build team in an expeditious fashion. DINEEN will dedicate a full-time experienced project manager and site supervisor to this project. These personnel will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the project. They will direct the Head Office involvement from our Estimating and Accounting Departments. A senior estimator will be assigned to follow this project during the budget and tender periods. Also, at any time, the project manager and superintendent have access to the experience of our senior management, the other project managers (five) and/or estimators (five).

Our project manager and estimator will work with the Owner and our design team of Consultants to help finalize your construction requirements. We select an architect and consultants who have the specific experience for each type of project. Our stipulated sum projects and our Management projects give us first hand experience with the capabilities of many Architectural firms. Our team will suggest the fastest, safest and most cost effective means to achieve your goals. All options will be reviewed and discussed. As the scope of work is determined, DINEEN will finalize Construction Budgets and Schedules for your approval.
